Official conference name badges will be required for admittance to all conference receptions and network events, meeting sessions, and meal functions.
Cancellations, in writing, postmarked by mail by September 12, 2025, will receive a full refund less a $50 handling fee. However, there will be no refunds for cancellations postmarked after September 12, 2025.
If a non-member registering for the WPH Annual Meeting becomes a member by February 9, 2026, the difference between member and non-member registration fees will be credited to first year dues.
