Western Plant Health’s, day and a half conference brings together the staff of the Department of Pesticide Regulations and crop protection manufactures representatives to discuss and be educated on key topics affecting the industry.
The conference will cover new and upcoming procedures related to evaluating and registering crop protection products, environmental monitoring and enforcement protocol.
Renee Pinel, President and CEO of Western Plant Health, will open the conference by welcoming the attendees and introducing our morning keynote speakers DPR Director Dr. Karen Morrison. Dr. Morrison will provide an update on new procedures and will share her goals for 2026 for DPR. Dr. Glenda Humiston, Vice President, Agriculture and Natural Resources University of California Office of the President will provide a keynote address for this year’s luncheon.
